On July 18, 2022, between us and JV SamAuto LLC (ISUZU) signed a "Memorandum of Cooperation and Mutual Understanding", according to which we, as a reliable and trusted partner in the production of special superstructures / bodies of any complexity, were granted priority rights to receive truck chassis ISUZU vehicles and access to joint participation in strategic projects.
