On December 14, 2022, we and JV SamAuto LLC (ISUZU) signed the General Agreement No. 14-12/2022 on cooperation in the production of special superstructures for automotive vehicles, which provides for:
- implementation of projects on research, development and design of new types and modernization of existing types of equipment;
- manufacture and supply of special equipment, superstructures and components for automotive equipment produced by SamAvto;
- development of domestic production of special equipment (including tank trucks, isothermal vans, refrigerators, commercial, dual and military);
- expansion of the list of manufactured products sold by the Parties in the domestic and foreign markets;
- improving the quality and competitiveness of manufactured products through the use of advanced technologies with a high degree of localization;
- meeting the needs of sectors of the economy, legal
and individuals in special vehicles that meet international standards;
- reducing export dependence on foreign suppliers,
through the implementation of measures to localize the release of special add-ons
to automotive technology;
- the introduction of new technologies and innovations in the sector of the domestic automotive industry, which have no analogues in the domestic market.
